Section titled “What is Atelier?”Atelier is an AI-powered photo studio that lets you generate professional fashion photos by placing your clothing on AI models, without needing a physical photo shoot.
Do I need design skills to use Atelier?
Section titled “Do I need design skills to use Atelier?”No. The interface is fully visual — you select your product, pick a model and scene, and click Generate. No technical skills required.
What types of clothing work best?
Section titled “What types of clothing work best?”Atelier works best with:
- Tops, shirts, dresses, jackets — garments with clear shape and texture.
- Flat-lay or mannequin photos of the product.
Very loose or transparent fabrics may produce less accurate results.
Generation
Section titled “Generation”Why did my generation fail?
Section titled “Why did my generation fail?”Generations can fail for a few reasons:
- The product photo was too low resolution or too dark.
- The AI service was temporarily unavailable.
If a failure occurs, your credits are automatically refunded within 24 hours.
How long does generation take?
Section titled “How long does generation take?”Most generations finish in 10–30 seconds. Complex editorial scenes can take up to 60 seconds. If your generation is stuck for more than 2 minutes, try refreshing the page.
Can I generate multiple images at once?
Section titled “Can I generate multiple images at once?”Yes — you can queue multiple generations simultaneously.
Credits & Billing
Section titled “Credits & Billing”Do unused credits roll over?
Section titled “Do unused credits roll over?”Purchased credits do not expire — they stay in your balance until you use them.
Can I get a refund?
Section titled “Can I get a refund?”Credits are non-refundable once purchased. If a generation fails due to a system error, the credits used are automatically returned. For billing issues, contact us at support@atelierai.tech.
Account
Section titled “Account”Can I have multiple accounts?
Section titled “Can I have multiple accounts?”Each email address corresponds to one account. Multiple accounts for the same person are not permitted under our Terms of Service.
